Terms of Service

Terms for using the irchamps.gg website, the iRC Discord bot, the iRC app and the public API (together, the “Platform”).

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Sergi Sobetov, an individual (“we”). By signing in to the site with Discord, adding the bot to a server, installing the iRC app or using the API, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform is

The Platform helps run competitions in the iRacing simulator: create events, championships and league seasons, take registrations, receive results, calculate points and standings, handle stewarding, show driver stats, announce rounds on Discord and control broadcast graphics.

The Platform is not an official iRacing product and is not affiliated with iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. You need your own iRacing account to take part, and you are responsible for following iRacing’s rules.

3. Your account

  • Your account is created the first time you sign in with Discord. One account per person.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your Discord and iRacing access secure.
  • The Platform is intended for people aged 16 and over.

4. What is not allowed

  • Impersonating another person or using someone else’s iRacing or Discord account.
  • Falsifying results, registrations or ratings, or getting around eligibility requirements.
  • Interfering with the Platform: hacking, overloading it, bypassing limits or the iRC app access check.
  • Scraping data from the site in bulk instead of using the public API.
  • Posting insults, unlawful content or material you have no rights to in names, descriptions, appeals or any other text.

5. Organizers

  • Organizers set the rules, format, participant requirements, prizes and stewarding decisions of their competitions and are responsible for them to participants.
  • Prize pools are only displayed on the Platform. We do not collect entry fees, hold or pay out prizes, or take part in any settlements between organizers and participants.
  • Organizers agree to share session passwords only through the Platform and not to disclose participants’ data outside it without a legal basis.

6. Your content

Names, descriptions, logos and other material you post remain yours. You confirm that you have the rights to them and allow us to display them free of charge on the Platform and on Discord to the extent needed to run it. We may remove material that breaks these terms or the law.

7. Results and stewarding

Results, stats and ratings come from iRacing “as is”. We are not responsible for errors or delays in iRacing data. Penalty and appeal decisions are made by the competition’s stewards and organizers, not by the Platform.

8. iRC app, bot and API

  • You may use the iRC app, the bot and the public API free of charge to run competitions and broadcasts.
  • The iRC app only works with a Platform account linked to iRacing. Flags and penalties in a session are sent on your behalf — use them within your session admin rights and iRacing’s rules.
  • Public API access is granted manually with a key. You may not share your key with third parties.
  • We may release app updates that install automatically.

9. Liability

The Platform is provided free of charge and “as is”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages, or for the actions of iRacing, Discord or competition organizers.

10. Suspension and deletion

If you break these terms we may restrict your access to the Platform or delete your account, with advance notice where possible. You can stop using the Platform at any time and delete your account in settings or by writing to support@irchamps.gg.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will announce material changes on the site in advance. By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and venue for disputes: the laws of the Russian Federation. Before going to court, please contact us — we will try to resolve the issue by correspondence. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
